Possible signals that could be sampled for PAMM pricing algos

Signals that could feed into PAMMs:
- First order: stock-based pricing
  - e.g. TEC ABC, where the price is determined by token supply and reserve assets
    - Challenge: no tokens can be created outside of the PAMM - how could this work for mutual credit systems?
- Second-order: flow-based pricing
  - e.g. HoloFuel Reserve Accounts, where the price is determined by the hosting productivity over some period and the financial flowthrough of that same period
